Key Responsibilities Lateral Hiring:
- Support one specific business unit with their lateral hiring needs
- Source, screen, and recommend fresher/experienced candidates for open positions within the business unit.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, networking events, job boards, and employee referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring leads and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate job offers with candidates Key Competencies
- Bachelors / Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
