Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and employee exit processes.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining hiring data.
- Assist in executing employee engagement programs, performance review cycles, and training initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and time tracking systems and prepare related reports.
- Help ensure HR compliance by managing audits, maintaining records, and supporting policy updates.
- Coordinate with finance and admin teams for payroll, asset management, and other HR-related functions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles (depending on level of role).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HR automation tools or HR analytics.
- Prior work in a fast-paced/startup or multi-location organization.
- Familiarity with payroll software and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
