JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, and induction.
- Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment MIS.
- Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Conduct HR connects, skip-level meetings, and feedback sessions.
- Track attendance, leaves, LOPs, and payroll inputs.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and R&R.
- Manage exit formalities, clearance, and exit interviews.
- Maintain employee files and statutory documentation.
- Support audits, compliance, and HR reporting.
