Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administration tasks
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS
- Help coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities
- Assist in processing payroll inputs and attendance tracking
- Support documentation for HR policies, procedures, and compliance

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyse data to support decision-making and identify business trends
- Assist in creating process flows, functional specifications, and user stories
- Support testing activities by preparing test cases and validating results
- Participate in meetings and workshops to understand project objectives
- Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams
- Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Basic understanding of business analysis tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data handling
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or wireframing tools is a plus
