• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
• Ensure smooth onboarding process by coordinating induction training sessions and handling exit formalities.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and other HR-related documents.
