Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Executive and Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while also handling day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, compliance, and performance management.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Job Postings: Create and post job openings on various job boards, social media, and the company website.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search for potential candidates through resumes, job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), and recruitment agencies.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Selection: Evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and experience to make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Offer Negotiation: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, including salary discussions and benefits.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

HR Administration & Support:

  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance data.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on policies and resolving any workplace issues.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices. Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and ensure proper documentation.
  • Training & Development: Assist with identifying training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs to support employee development.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance review process by scheduling meetings, preparing review materials, and providing feedback guidance.
  • HR Reporting: Assist in generating HR reports and statistics on recruitment, turnover, training, and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment best practices, labor laws, and performance management systems.
  • Recruitment Tools: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and HR activities simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, especially when handling employee records and recruitment documentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address and resolve workplace issues and employee concerns.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with candidates and employees at all levels.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate job offers, salary packages, and other terms with candidates effectively.
  • Multitasking: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to take on new HR initiatives and responsibilities as the organization grows and evolves.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software tools (e.g., HRIS systems, ATS).
