- Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities.

- Key Responsibilities:

  - Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection

  - Handle employee relations, including employee onboarding, training, and development

  - Maintain accurate records of employee data, including attendance, leave, and performance

  - Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies

- Requirements:

  - 2+ years of experience in HR operations

  - Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
