Job Summary
The HR Executive plays a vital role in supporting and overseeing the human resources operations within the organization. This includes managing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, training & development, compliance, and other key HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Develop job postings and source candidates via job boards, social media, agencies, and networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage offer processes.
- Organize onboarding sessions and departure processes including exit interviews and documentation.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Organize engagement initiatives such as town halls, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
- Training, Development & Performance Management
- Conduct needs assessments, facilitate training programs, and support career development.
- Assist in setting performance goals, evaluations, and improvement plans.
- Policy & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies ensuring alignment with labor laws and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records using HRIS or similar systems.
- Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
- Assist in designing competitive compensation and benefits structures.
- Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring seamless execution.
- HR Administration & Reporting
- Manage documentation, data entry, and reporting to inform HR decisions.
- Leverage HR analytics to track key HR metrics and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Proven work experience (typically 1–3+ years) in HR roles handling recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in HRIS, ATS, LMS, MS Office, and HR analytics tools.
- Core Competencies:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Analytical mindset for reporting and HR data interpretation.
- Optional: Certifications such as SHRM‑CP, PHR, or CIPD—preferred but not mandatory.
