Job Summary : Job incumbent will be independently responsible for the end-to-end HR delivery for the Hubli branch operations of the company

Desired Experience : Min. 1 to 2 years of experience in the following key areas of responsibility

Key areas of responsibility:

·         Recruitment-from sourcing to finalization and roll-out of offer letters

·         On-Boarding

·         Induction

·         Payroll attendance processing

·         Statutory compliances : PF, ESIC, LWF

·         Employee engagement

·         HR MIS reporting

·         Exit process administration
