Himflax Group is looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Noida.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

 • Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding

 • Manage employee relations and support culture-building initiatives

 • Oversee HR operations: payroll coordination, benefits, and compliance with labor laws

 • Support performance management: appraisals, development plans, and HR reporting

 • Maintain accurate HR records and provide meaningful insights through HR analytics

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

 • 2–3 years of experience in HR generalist/executive roles

 • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

 • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR systems

 • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
