Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and correspondence.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonus, leaves).
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Support HR compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Assist with performance review processes and maintain performance records.
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and handle sensitive data with integrity.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
