Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align our HR practices with business objectives. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing data-driven insights and people solutions that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices and a strong ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with leadership and employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and develop people strategies that support business growth.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
- Lead and support change management initiatives and organizational transformations.
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies through regular feedback, data analysis, and follow-up actions.
- Support the performance management cycle, including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Act as a trusted coach to managers and employees on HR policies, performance, conflict resolution, and career development.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, time-to-fill, etc.) and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the business unit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or HR generalist role supporting leadership.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and consulting skills.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with data analysis and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, BambooHR).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
