Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
• Handle administrative tasks such as office management, vendor coordination, and compliance support.
• Support HR policies and ensure smooth implementation of organizational practices.
• Assist in employee grievance handling and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in HR & Admin roles.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes, HR operations, and basic labor laws.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software/tools.
