Role & responsibilities

1.Conducting tests for business statistics and analytics, including but not limited to regression, correlation, t-test, and ANOVA, to derive actionable insights from HR data.

2.Utilizing advanced MS Excel analytics techniques, including macros and VBA, to automate HR data processes and enhance efficiency.

3.Owning the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing HR analytics metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc., to drive key business decisions.

4.Applying SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze HR data from various databases and sources.

5.Leveraging Power BI to create visually compelling and insightful HR analytics reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

6.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into HR analytics solutions.

7.Developing predictive models and conducting forecasting analysis to support HR decision-making processes.

8.Owning the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc., to drive key business decisions.

9.Ensuring data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools. Learning and understanding a broad range of New Orgs data resources and knowing how, when, and which to use and which not to use.

10.Proficiency in data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, etc.

11.Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

12.Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on issues.

13.Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions. Strong analytical, mediation, and problem resolution skills.

14.Excellent written and oral communication skills.


Preferred candidate profile


1.Bachelors degree in HR, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

2.Demonstrated experience in conducting tests for business statistics and analytics, such as regression, correlation, t-test, and ANOVA.

3.Proficiency in advanced MS Excel analytics, including macros and VBA, with a proven track record of automating processes.

4.Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries to extract and analyze HR data from relational databases.

5.Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools, including creating interactive dashboards and reports.

6.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

7.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

8.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

9.Quick learner with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
