We are looking for a dynamic HR Acquisition Intern to support our HR team and assist in acquiring new business clients. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in HR functions and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
• Support employee engagement and onboarding activities.
• Research potential clients and assist in lead generation efforts.
• Communicate with prospective clients and schedule meetings.
• Maintain and update client and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a BBA/MBA in HR, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and client acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
