Location: Electronic City, Bangalore

Salary; ₹5,000 – ₹18,000 per month

*3 Month’s NDA agreement will be there (Once Agreement Finished then only we will Provide Certificates)*

About the Role:

Pixalive Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and dedicated HR Executives to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or recent graduates who are passionate about Human Resources and looking to grow in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Assist with end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

·      Manage employee onboarding and documentation

·      Maintain and update employee records

·      Support day-to-day HR operations and attendance tracking

·      Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities

·      Coordinate with different departments for HR-related support

·      Maintain confidentiality of employee information

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree (any stream; HR-related degree is a plus)

·      Good communication and interpersonal skills

·      Basic understanding of HR functions

·      Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

·      Proficient in MS Office / Google Docs

Preferred:

·      Internship or project experience in HR (not mandatory)

·      Passionate about people and team culture
