Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support HRBP Activities:

Assist HR Business Partners in daily tasks, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Help coordinate and participate in HR initiatives and projects that align with business objectives.
Employee Engagement:

Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in collecting and analyzing employee feedback to help improve workplace culture.
Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain accurate HR records and employee information in HR systems.
Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:

0-1 year of experience in a Human Resources role, internship experience is a plus.
Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
