Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
o Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and social media platforms.
o Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
o Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers.
o Assist in conducting initial interviews and providing feedback to the HR team.
o Maintain recruitment databases and ensure candidate information is updated.
2. Operations Assistance:
o Aid in maintaining employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
o Support in organizing and facilitating HR-related events, such as orientations, trainings, and workshops.
o Assist in drafting HR-related documents, including offer letters, contracts, and policies.
o Help in administering employee benefits and assisting employees with inquiries.
o Handle general HR inquiries and redirect them as necessary.
3. Administrative Tasks:
o Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
o Assist in maintaining and updating HR manuals, policies, and procedures.
o Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and activities as required.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR functions and operations
