Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a Non-IT Recruiter to join our team and specialize in hiring professionals across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, retail, banking, pharmaceuticals, and more. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for non-technical roles while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Identify and engage qualified candidates for non-IT roles using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team expectations.
  • Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely updates.

🔹 Market Research & Industry Knowledge

  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends, job market conditions, and competitor recruitment strategies.
  • Recommend best practices for attracting and retaining top talent.

🔹 Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications & Skills:

âś” Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT sectors such as healthcare, retail, banking, manufacturing, or pharma.

âś” Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of various non-IT job roles and industry-specific hiring needs.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance.
  • Familiarity with bulk-hiring or campus recruitment strategies.
