We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and learning & development. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
• Help with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
• Support HR operations such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Help in drafting HR reports, presentations, and internal communications.
• Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and labor laws.
• Support in performance management processes and feedback collection.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR processes.
