Designation: Customer Relationship Officer

Role & responsibilities
1. Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
2. Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power
3. Explaining to the customers the benefits and offers related to the products
4. Verify customer details and guide them through the application gateway
Preferred candidate profile
1. Good Communication
2. Ability to convince customers
3. Assist customers with all their queries
Perks and benefits
Salary Package: 1.8LPA + Incentives + Overtime Allowance
After 3 months 16,500 Net Salary + Incentives
After 6 months 2.75 LPA Based on the performance
Shift timings : 9AM - 6PM
Working Days: 6 days of Working and 1 Day of rotational Off (Note: Saturday & Sunday will NOT BE a fixed off)
