Shift timings: 1 PM to 10 PM.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate communications.
• Conduct market research and analyze recruitment data.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Excel, PowerPoint.)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
