Hiring for premium voice process (Banking Domain)
Designation- Customer Support Associate
Key Skills Required-
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi or any other regional language.
• Answer email & calls professionally to provide information about products and services, obtain details of complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
• Undergraduate and Graduate Freshers can apply
• Both Freshers and experience can apply
• Marathi /Konkani/Gujarati language will be value add
Shifts Timings-
Male- 24x7 (Any 9 hours Rotational) Cab Facility available in odd hours
Female- 8 am to 9 pm (Any 9 hours Rotational)
6 Days working, 1 rotational off
