Responsibilities :


Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at various events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Engage with potential customers to create brand awareness and effectively communicate the companys products, services, and values.
Work closely with cross functional teams, including marketing, product development and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing.
Lead a team of brand professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvements in marketing strategies.

Requirements:


Freshers or individuals from Kolkata with up to 1 year of marketing experience are encouraged to apply, who can join immediately.
Strong communication skills.
Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude towards learning and executing initiatives.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lead a team and mentor a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Skills:


Previous experience in event marketing or promotional activities.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Understanding of current marketing trends and consumer behavior.
Bachelors or Professional degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
