We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into relevant databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Review and correct errors in data before entering it.
• Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate data entry.
• Follow company procedures and data integrity standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (recommended 40+ WPM).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with administrative duties and basic office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role.
• Knowledge of database management and office systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
