Job Description-
• Assisting in executing end to end audits from planning through to completion.
• Takes complete ownership and responsibility of work allocated.
• Reporting to seniors on timely basis in respect of any observations.
• Escalate issues and problems clearly to the onsite team on a timely basis.
• Document the execution of audit procedures as defined by engagement objectives, onsite teamwork allocation and plan audit approach.
• Audit the recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure of transactions and events within the financial statements in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework and regulatory requirements. Compare efficiency of audit procedures performed across different audit entities and suggest idea of improvement.
• Resolves simple problems / issues using appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Responds to audited entity needs in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
Desired Profile-
• End-to-end audit experience from planning to completion •Statutory audit (performed audit of all FSAs) •Have knowledge of accounting standards/INDAS and auditing standards •Work from office at least 2 days a week, can be required to visit more often depending on business need.
Qualification-
• Chartered Accountant •ACCA •Semi qualified CA
