About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, establish partnerships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, building relationships, and increasing revenue to help our company expand its footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & Develop Opportunities – Research and analyze market trends, identify potential clients, and generate new business leads.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth – Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing – Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and ensure profitable agreements.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Strategy Development – Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business strategies.
  • Reporting & Forecasting – Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Experience: [X] years in business development, sales, or a related field

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (MBA preferred)
