The Head Career Services & Corporate Relations is responsible for Initiatives Manage and oversee the successful placement of students and lead key strategic initiatives at our institution. This role is crucial in driving internships, full-time placements, and partnerships while focusing on enhancing both client and learner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Partnerships & Cross-Industry Exploration
- Establish partnerships with diverse industries to expand hiring methodologies.
- Build relationships with prominent companies to enhance salary offerings and opportunities.
- Ecosystem Development & Relationship Management
- Create and maintain a supportive ecosystem within the department to strengthen long-term corporate relationships.
- Process Management for Placements & Internships
- Streamline processes for final placements, summer internships, and international placements to ensure efficiency.
- Focus on High-Profile Companies
- Target and engage with top-tier companies to improve salary ranges and ensure alignment with university objectives.
- Event Participation & Brand Building
- Represent the university at conferences and networking events to enhance its brand and foster new corporate partnerships.
6. Placements and Internship Coordination:
- Manage and execute the placement and internship process for students across various programs.
- Achieve placement targets by ensuring a high percentage of the total learner pool secures placements and internships.
- Collaborate with companies to match student profiles with the right opportunities, optimizing the placement and internship success rate.
- Improve the offer-to-joining ratio, ensuring that students convert offers to final joining.
7. Higher Education, Family Business, and Startup Outcomes:
- Support students pursuing higher education, family business roles, or startups by ensuring strong outcomes for these pathways.
- Facilitate opportunities and connections that align with students’ career aspirations, including those from diverse academic backgrounds.
8. Strategic Initiatives:
- Lead initiatives such as live projects, curriculum integration, and employer engagement programs to bolster the institutions brand visibility and strengthen relationships with industry partners.
- Develop and implement programs that integrate hands-on learning through live projects and real-time industry collaboration.
9. Client and Learner Satisfaction (NPS):
- Enhance both client and learner satisfaction by working closely with industry partners and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Regularly track and improve Client NPS and Learner NPS scores by addressing feedback and ensuring alignment with market trends and expectations.
