Job description
Craft and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and bonding at the client sites aswell as SmartQ offices.
Develop and manage well-being initiatives, such as wellness programs, fitness activities, and mental health support services.
Facilitate open communication channels between clients/employees and management.
Implement feedback mechanisms and strategies to address concerns and improve the overall client experience.
Collaborate with Client leads and Events team to ensure appropriate activities are rolled out.
Research on various practices on making clients happy & deliver the same.
Qualifications
A bachelors or master s degree in HR/ Marketing.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in client facing roles, events, or employee engagement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Understanding of client dynamics and human behavior.
Ability to develop and implement creative and effective happiness strategies.
Experience in event management is a plus.
