Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Conduct extensive research to identify potential supply partners and build a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
  • Qualification: Engage with leads and perform a thorough needs analysis to understand their hiring challenges and align Joveos solutions to address their specific requirements.
  • Discovery Calls: Schedule and conduct introductory calls with potential supply partners to educate them about Joveos offerings and position the value proposition effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with leads to foster long-term business partnerships, ensuring consistent engagement throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team and marketing department to strategize and optimize lead generation efforts, sharing insights from the field to enhance the overall sales process.
  • Data Management: Accurately update and manage lead information, prospecting activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Enablement: Stay up-to-date with Joveos products, market trends, and industry news to effectively communicate the latest developments and advancements to potential clients.
  • Achieve Targets: Work towards and exceed individual and team-based sales targets, contributing significantly to the companys revenue goals.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Proactive Approach: Self-starter with a proactive attitude towards identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable working with various sales and marketing tools, including CRM software, email automation platforms, and social media channels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
