Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the design team. Develop and implement design strategies that align with overall business objectives and brand identity.
Creative Oversight: Supervise the creation of high-quality visual content for various media, including digital, print, and social platforms. Ensure that all design outputs meet aesthetic, functional, and strategic requirements.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope. Coordinate with other departments to integrate design seamlessly into broader marketing and product initiatives.
Team Development: Mentor and support design team members, fostering a creative and collaborative environment. Provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and identify opportunities for professional growth.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the companys visual identity across all touchpoints. Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines and design standards.
Innovation: Stay abreast of design trends, technological advancements, and industry best practices. Apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improve design processes.
Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience (typically [1years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership and successful project management.
Skills: Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with additional design software (Sketch, Figma, etc.).
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring creative teams. Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
Creativity: Exceptional creative vision and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated skill in developing innovative and effective design solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in presenting and articulating design concepts to various stakeholders.
Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
