About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive training programs and curriculum that cover essential graphic design concepts, techniques, and software
2. Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and courses in-person or online
3. Provide hands-on training in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and other relevant tools
Offer constructive feedback and guidance on students' or trainees' projects and portfolios
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the graphic design industry to ensure the training material is current and relevant
5. Assess and evaluate the progress and performance of trainees, providing additional support as needed
6. Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve training programs and materials
7. Create and maintain training documentation, resources, and course materials
8. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity and innovation
