Handling of all standard & special enquiries in time submission of recommendation to marketing and handling

OA & order acceptance) and release of specifications to Manufacturing -Electrical

Primary Responsibilities

• Answering enquiries and OAs...

• Electrical Design of AC Generator.

• Preparation of Raw Material Cost for the enquiry raised by marketing.

• Recommendation to the marketing without any delay.

• Clearing Technical clarification for Customer & marketing.

• Preparation and release of BOM.

• Preparation of electrical drawings for the enquiries

• Salvage of non-moving Materials.

• Optimization of electrical design.

In time ISO, EMS and OHSMS activities like quality objective, corrective &preventive action, customer complaints, software validation.. etc.

Scope of the work and tasks handled

Reducing design errors.

• Fast Recommendation response for marketing in time.

• Design of different new electrical designs for the customer requirement.

• Design of Standard LT & HT Ratings.

• Co-ordination with mechanical for technical clarification of design & for any changes.

• Preparation & release of datasheets & curves.

• Preparation & release of electrical drawings in time.

Technical & functional competencies to handle the job

• Graduate electrical Engineer.

• Knowledge & Experience in handling of different enquiries.

• Knowledge & experience in design of AC

Generators.

• Knowledge in SAP.

• Knowledge & experience in preparation of electrical drawing & release of drawings.

• Co ordination with the mechanical for any design clarification & changes
