Key Responsibilities:
- Google Analytics Setup & Configuration:
- Install and configure Google Analytics (GA4 and Universal Analytics) on websites and mobile apps.
- Set up and manage custom events, goals, and eCommerce tracking.
- Implement Google Tag Manager for tracking purposes.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze user behavior, traffic sources, conversion rates, and other key metrics to provide insights for decision-makers.
- Develop and implement customized reports and dashboards to present actionable data.
- Conduct performance analysis and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Consulting & Strategy Development:
- Work with clients to understand business goals and translate them into tracking strategies.
- Provide recommendations for improving website performance and user experience based on analytics data.
- Help clients identify and track KPIs related to their marketing and business objectives.
- Optimization & Troubleshooting:
- Identify gaps in tracking and fix issues with data collection or reporting.
- Optimize Google Analytics settings and configurations to ensure accurate and actionable data.
- Perform A/B testing and other optimization strategies using data insights.
- Training & Support:
- Provide training and support for teams on how to use Google Analytics to monitor performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Analytics features, updates, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 and Universal Analytics).
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and other analytics tools.
- In-depth understanding of web analytics, user behavior, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Google Analytics certifications (e.g., Google Analytics Individual Qualification) preferred.
- Experience working with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with data visualization tools and platforms.
- Experience working in a consulting environment or with multiple clients.
