Job Description
  1. We are looking for a capable Sales professional for our Boxc.in division of business to help us onboard large/global accounts.
  2. You will need to define long-term strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
  3. You will need to use your networking and communication skills to identify and address clients needs.
  4. The role requires a lot of creative thinking, to spot new opportunities and to establish rapid growth. This is an Individual Contributor role.
  5. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
  6. Working to onboard the assigned set of large/global accounts (40-70) with a headcount of >5000 office staff
  7. Working closely with Infra Management companies to onboard their existing clients
  8. Participate in relevant RFPs and tenders
  9. Manage relationship and ensure profitability of such accounts
  10. Generating expected revenue from the assigned accounts
  11. Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
  12. Generating additional revenue by using the window of opportunity to sell CPG products
  13. Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
  14. Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
  15. Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts with timeline
  16. Approach potential customers to establish relationships
  17. An experience of handling large corporates
  18. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  19. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  20. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  21. Proven experience in handling large enterprise deals
  22. Problem-solving attitude
  23. Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
