Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and document client business processes and requirements
• Assist in configuring and testing enterprise applications based on functional specifications
• Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for functional issues
• Participate in user training and documentation
• Collaborate with technical teams to relay functional requirements and test solutions
• Support in data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities
• Create and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, training materials, and user guides
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as needed
• Monitor application performance and gather feedback for improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Understanding of business processes such as finance, procurement, sales, HR, etc.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM/HRMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Workday, etc.) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of SQL or reporting tools is a bonus
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a consulting environment

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Internship or project experience with enterprise software
• Exposure to business process mapping or BPM tools
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) or Agile methodology
