Key Responsibilities:
• Manage dual reception duties for AMAR Infraprojects (3rd Floor) and Hotel Shoolin Comforts (Ground Floor).
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages as needed.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is organized and presentable.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
• Assist in basic bookkeeping and manage petty cash.
• Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures.
