About the Role
We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) [Specialist/Manager] to oversee and manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and company culture. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR policies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage end-to-end hiring processes, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees.
- Employee Relations & Engagement – Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- HR Policy & Compliance – Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
- Performance Management – Oversee performance evaluations, employee development programs, and career growth initiatives.
- Training & Development – Organize workshops, training sessions, and career advancement programs.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration – Coordinate payroll processing, employee benefits, and compensation management.
- HR Analytics & Reporting – Maintain HR records, analyze workforce trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
Key Qualifications & Skills

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus)
