• Guest Service & ExperienceGreet guests warmly and ensure excellent dining experiences.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Provide detailed menu knowledge, including specials, ingredients, and pairings.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve them promptly and professionally.
• Team SupervisionSupervise and support waiters, bussers, and runners during shifts.
• Delegate tasks and monitor performance to ensure service standards are met.
• Train new staff in service protocols and customer interaction.
• Operational CoordinationCoordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Monitor table turnover and manage seating to optimize service flow.
• Oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and setup of dining areas.
• Sales and UpsellingPromote daily specials, wine pairings, and high-margin menu items.

• Inventory & ReportingCheck daily stock levels of condiments, linens, menus, etc.
