• Compliance, attendance, reimbursements and payroll
• MIS reporting as required by management
• Managing accounting team to track and manage payouts and receivables
• Reconciliations and other accounting tasks
• Work with tax consultants to file PF, ESIC, TDS and other taxes
• Work with consultants to make compliant with ISO and other certifications
