Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Support the finance team in managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Help with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, summarizing key financial data and performance metrics.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, tracking expenditures, and ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Aid in financial analysis, providing insights into cost-saving opportunities and performance improvement.
• Help track payroll-related expenses, ensuring accurate data for HR and finance departments.
• Assist with data entry, maintaining financial databases, and ensuring records are up to date.
• Support the finance team in audit preparations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments, including HR and operations, to gather necessary financial data for budgeting and reporting purposes.
Mandatory Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field.
• Strong interest in finance and accounting, preferably with an interest in HR organizations or business operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (experience with financial modelling or analysis a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.
