Job description
Build and maintain relationships with Direct Corporates /Corporate Brokers
Handle existing partner relationship and servicing exiting client endorsement, claims, policy issuance requirements.
Review the policy documents carefully before sharing with client/Partner
In event of any discrepancy in the system generated document, initiate the process to get it corrected before sharing it with client to support smooth policy servicing.
Co-ordinate with client/partner and handle the complete post sales process.
Be accountable for your Client/partners relationship assigned.
