
POSITION: FIELD-SALES EXECUTIVE
Education: Any degree / diploma qualified
Work Experience:-
1. Experience in Field Sales (in Real Estate industry) will be an advantage.
2. Candidates with experience in Field Sales in any Product / Service Sales in other industries can also apply.
3. Freshers can also apply for Trainee positions.
Other requirements:-
1. Good communication skills in Tamil & English
2. Must be comfortable in travelling to sites to show around sites to Customers.
3. Must be comfortable in taking up challenging targets and working to achieve them.
4. Must own a two wheeler and have a valid two wheeler license.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build relationships with potential customers.
Conduct site visits and showcase plots.
Provide product information and address customer queries.
Explain salient features of the plots and negotiate and close deals.
Achieve sales targets consistently and meet performance expectations
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market conditions
Maintain cordial relationship with Customers even after the sale is closed
