Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage field sales activities, including lead generation, customer visits, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for sales performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales or related field job (e.g., field work).
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
