  5. What does this role hold for you ::
  6. . Converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which matching the investment need of the prospects.
  7. . Using leads generated by Marketing Team for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities in corporates, clubs etc).
  8. . Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with Developer or with Urban Homes Relations Team for any clarification required for that.
  9. . Being compliant with operations process.
  10. . Ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with Urban Homes at all touchpoints.
  11. . Providing after sales services and assist in Home Loans for the customers.
  12. Role Description ::
  13. This is a full-time on-site role for a BDE. The BDE will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, addressing customer concerns and queries, providing after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and managing the sales process. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  14. Qualifications ::
  15. 1. Customer service, sales, and relationship management skills
  16. 2. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
  17. 3. Excellent oral and written communication skills in
  18. 4. English and Telugu or Hindi
  19. 5. Strong organizational and time management skills
  20. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  21. 7. A bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  22. 8. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  23. 9. Knowledge of local regulations and processes related to property sales is beneficial

  31. pitch property solutions to prospects.
  32. 6. High levels of passion and ownership.
