Role: Field Engineer

Qualifications: Completed Diploma or ITI (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical)

Experience: Minimum 1+ Yr of experience (telecom/ATM/Appliances/Other?)

& Responsibilities:

-->Field Engineer (FE) responsibilities include handling, maintaining, monitoring, installing

and providing support for hardware, software and communication links at BB Instant

vending machine locations.

--> FE has to ensure the smooth functioning of vending machines by performing timely

maintenance as per given checklist and carry out any repairs if required which may include

soldering. Must be familiar with the soldering process of circuit boards.

--> FE has to coordinate with backend technical teams and communicate effectively to

resolve issues reported on day to day basis

--> Field Engineer will be responsible for installing machines at new sites as per the

deployment schedule and checklist

Mandatory Requirements:

Must have a 4G smartphone and be familiar using mobile apps

Must have a two wheeler with valid Driving License

Must be willing to travel 50-60 Kms/day on field.

Must be willing to work 6 days/week, weekends (a compensatory off will be given during

weekdays)
