Key Responsibilities:

* Production Management:

 Plan, coordinate, and control all manufacturing processes to meet production

targets

 Ensure the efficient use of raw materials, manpower, and machinery.

 Implement lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste and optimize

productivity.

* Quality Control:

 Establish and monitor quality standards to ensure consistent product quality.

Oversee testing, inspection, and quality assurance processes.

 Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.

* Maintenance and Equipment Management:

Oversee regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.

Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and improve

machine efficiency.

Plan and execute equipment upgrades and replacements.

* Safety and Compliance:

 Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental policies.

 Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards.

 Conduct regular safety audits and implement risk mitigation strategies.

* Team Leadership:

 Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of production staff.

 Provide training and support for continuous skill improvement.

 Foster a culture of accountability and high performance.

 * Budget and Cost Control:

 Develop and manage the factory budget.

 Monitor costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.

 Prepare financial and production reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering, or a

related field.

* 8+ years of experience in steel manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

* Strong understanding of steel production processes, quality control, and maintenance.

*Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

* Proficiency in production planning, cost management, and data analysis.

* Knowledge of safety regulations and lean manufacturing principles.
