Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the Semi Voice Process – Expedia. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for Expedia customers worldwide, helping them with travel-related inquiries via calls and chats/emails. This is a blended process requiring both verbal and written communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer queries related to bookings, cancellations, refunds, flight/hotel issues, etc. via voice (inbound/outbound calls) and non-voice channels (chat/email).
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Update customer records accurately in internal systems.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
  • Meet performance metrics like AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: candidates with 6 months–3 years in BPO/KPO are welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both spoken and written.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Basic computer skills; ability to work with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle irate customers professionally.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment).

Quality - 4 { No MTI }


DOW : 5 days Working 2days off 


Location : 4th Floor, MSR North Tower, MS Ramaiah North City, Manayata Tech Park, Nagavara, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560045


Transport : 2 ways Transport { radius of 20 km } or 2k Travel Allowance 


Salary : 25,944 TH 30k CTC + Incentive
