Suchita Group is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their team as an Executive / Senior Executive - HR. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, providing support, and ensuring employee engagement
- Manage talent management initiatives, including training, development, and performance management
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes and policies
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
