Job Responsibilities:
Revenue
Achieve revenue mix as per region/ Territory strategy
Brand & customer relation
- Ability to discuss with practitioners on our product range and its use in procedure with strong knowledge of the products by emphasizing our product’s Quality when we are promoting our products and quoting the prices.
- Build and nurture customer relationships
Coverage
- Daily sales call as per the territory to ensure coverage all over the region & to achieve target by promoting entire range (HQ, EX & OUT Station)
- Planning and execution to create new accounts
Customer Feedback
- Participate in providing inputs to PND (Product Needs Document) with inputs from KOLs in the market for the PND (New Product Development)
- Participate in and support the PMCF and PMS processes
- Get Product/Samples feedback and communicate back to headquarters for improvements
Reporting
- Every month’s coverage program to be submitted and discussed before the beginning of the month (Last week of previous month)
- Secondary sales data (hospital wise) to be submitted every month before 10th
- Expense report has to reach the office before 5th of every month
- Daily Visits report to be sent s
- Forecasting to be done on quarterly basis
